No. Under Pressure is a logbook. You type in readings from your own validated cuff, and it keeps the record.

No account, no sign-up, no login. Your log lives on your phone under your own lock screen.

No. The app has no network permission, so it cannot open a connection. Readings stay on the device unless you export a file yourself and choose where it goes, or turn on Health Connect, which writes to a store on the same phone.

Open the clinician summary. It lays out your readings for the period with the averages and the counts, as a one-page document or as CSV, and the share sheet takes it wherever you choose. There is no app for them to install and nothing to log into.

ESH 2023, and the edition is named beside the scale as a chip. The scale is a legend, not a verdict. A reading is never coloured to mean anything, and no state is attached to you.

Android 16 or newer. A phone on an older version does not see the app in Google Play.

Swipe a reading to delete it, with a five-second undo. Uninstalling removes the app's database with it; a file you exported, or a reading you sent to Health Connect, stays where you put it.
