Blood pressure logbook · Android
A logbook for blood pressure.
You type in readings from your own validated cuff. Under Pressure keeps the record, files it by date, and hands you a clean series to bring to a clinician.
Under Pressure is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The protocol series
One reading is a dot. A week is a shape.
Seven days, morning and evening, two readings each time, with day one set aside before anything is averaged: the home protocol a clinician actually asks for. The app keeps the day count and the running total, says which slot is open next, and holds the day-one rule for you.

The clinician summary
A page they can read in seconds.
One page. Your readings for the period, the averages, the range, the spread and how many of the slots you filled, with a line saying they were entered by hand from a home cuff. Share it as a document or as CSV. It reports what you entered and stops there.
| Day | Systolic over diastolic | Pulse |
|---|---|---|
| Mon | 128/84 | 72 |
| Tue | 124/81 | 70 |
| Wed | 131/86 | 74 |
| Thu | 126/83 | 69 |
| Fri | 122/79 | 71 |
The zone scatter
Your figures against a guideline scale.

Every reading is plotted against the published guideline bands, with the edition named on the chart. A band is coloured, hatched and named, so any one of the three carries it. The bands describe where a number falls; they say nothing about you.
What it does not do
No account. No network. No ads.
No account
Nothing to sign up for. Your log lives on your phone under your own lock screen.
No network
There is no network permission, so the app cannot open a connection. Readings never leave the device unless you export them yourself.
No ads
No advertising, no analytics, no in-app purchases. A notebook, not a funnel.
